Litpax designs, manufactures, and supplies lithium-ion battery solutions including:

• E-Bike and E-Cycle lithium-ion batteries
• E-Rickshaw lithium-ion batteries
• Solar inverter lithium-ion batteries
• Portable and backup battery solutions
• Medical and specialized application batteries

All products are subject to technical specifications and application suitability.

3.1 Order Confirmation

All product quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are considered confirmed only after:

• Written order confirmation
• Receipt of advance payment (if applicable)
• Product availability confirmation

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests must be made in writing:

• Cancellations before dispatch may be eligible for partial refund
• Orders cancelled after dispatch are non-refundable
• Customized or special-application batteries cannot be cancelled

4.1 Payment Schedule

• Advance payment as per quotation
• Balance payment before or at dispatch

4.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without prior notice. Litpax reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in raw material or market conditions.

5.1 Product Warranty

Litpax lithium-ion batteries are covered under manufacturer warranty as per product category:

• E-Mobility Batteries: As specified in product documentation
• Solar & Inverter Batteries: Limited warranty based on usage cycles
• Medical & Portable Batteries: Warranty as per application standards

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Improper installation or misuse
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Overcharging, short circuit, or physical damage
• Use outside recommended operating conditions

Litpax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

• Improper application usage
• Third-party installation errors
• Loss due to downtime or business interruption

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

• Standard dispatch timelines apply
• Delays due to transport or force majeure are not the responsibility of Litpax

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to arbitration under Indian law. Jurisdiction shall be Sirsa, Haryana, India.

Litpax reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
